Weight Loss Hypnosis Program – Enjoying Weight Loss (2)


Before we talk about what benefits I have noticed since I have started listening to this Weight Loss Hypnosis Program, let’s talk about the hypnosis cds themselves.

Each Hypnosis session is conducted by Roberta Temes, a psychotherapists with many years experience helping people lose weight, or so she says.

There are altogether 4 cds in the program, and except for disk 1 each cd has 2 hypnotic tracks.

CD 1 – Introduction to Weight Loss and Introduction to Hypnosis

CD2 – Selecting Your Food Program and Eating Smart

CD3 – Avoiding Temptation and Exercising regularly

CD4 – Appreciating Yourself and Maintaining Your Weight Loss

My personal experience is the second one and the good thing about it is that it forces you to create time for yourself. The average length of each listening session is 20min and in order to get maximum benefit from each session you must not have any interruptions.

How To Use The Program

On the first day, you listen to the first disk in its entirety and towards the end of the second track there is a short hypnotic session giving a taste of what to expect in the other sessions.

On the second day, you listen to track 1&2. This is to help you select an eating plan, e.g weight watchers, Jenny Craig, South Beach or any other weight loss plan of your choice.

Once you have selected an eating plan then go on to listen to second track on disk 2 – Eating smart for 3 days and if possible two times each day.

Then you move on to disk 3 –Avoiding temptation for another 3 days and you continue using that pattern until you have listened to all the hypnotic tracks.

By the end of the 19th day, you should have listened to each track of this weight loss hypnosis program – Enjoying Weight Loss at least 3 times. The sessions have a sort of layering effect and the more often you listen to the tracks the better.

What Is Hypnosis?

In any hypnosis session, You ARE ALWAYS in control and you CANNOT be made to do anything against your will. Ultimately, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis and a hypnotist merely facilitates your experience.
